“We have hundreds of young employees who are struggling with debt from college, saving for emergencies, or planning for the future. It leads to significant added stress, struggling performance, and even wellness challenges. We want to help them, but we need to do something different to breakthrough with this target.”

WHAT WE DID / OUR PROCESS

CREATIVE IDEAS

A 10 person Creative Team, which included a comedy writer from The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, was handpicked to explore ideas through a collaborative 8 week process partnering all the way with the Fidelity Workplace Marketing team. The process included concept development, scripts, and branding exploration for a new Fidelity
sub-brand.

ASSET PRODUCTION

We presented three options for directors, ultimately selecting Joel Levinson to direct a series of comedic, influencer-style videos. The two week production involved a comedic actress hosting 10 primary videos, 4 Fidelity Workplace consultants starring in 50 quick digestible tips videos and long form podcast discussions.

Our team of professional Producers, Account Managers, Strategists, and Creative Directors worked hand in hand with Fidelity Workplace Marketing from initial briefing to creative development, to production, and through post production to deliver a groundbreaking new program for Fidelity and their customers.
